There were 30 single-familh homes sold on Kauai in July, down 9 percen t from 33 homes sold during the same monthnin 2007, according to statistics from . The median pricer of a single-family home on Kauai last month was which was down 10 percent from the same month last year when the media n pricewas $678,000.
